Anybody around "H" town do a TBI lately? I found a good donor and want to get the TBI conversion going but wold really like to have one of you thats been down that road help me out.

The pay is a cigar or two along with some Negro Modelos.

I have a Holley Pro-jection Analog TBI systemt that has been on my 1983 Cherokee Laredo for about 15 years now. I am in San Antonio, Texas.

What system are you putting in your rig?

Wow, running tbi for 15yrs, thats got to be one of the longest running systems on a FSJ, Holley should have that as a commercial......

I'm doing a junk yard TBI off of an '89 Chevy 1500. I lucked out the donor system is in pretty good shape, everything is complete from the computer to that breather the harness took a couple of sniped wires but nothing major.

I've got a question for you. What MPG have you been getting? What size tires, stock or over sized?

I also have the Holley Pro-Jection and have had it on for about 8 months now. It took me a while to get everything adjusted to where it needed to be (with lots of great advice from ChevelleGuy and Joe G, thanks a million guys). I'm now seeing about 10.5 MPG city and 11 MPG highway, but I haven't had it on the highway since I got everything adjusted correctly so I imagine that will go up a bit (hoping for 12+). My GW has a 4" lift and 32" Swampers.

With 32's, even 11.5 isn't bad!

I've been looking around for a donor, but am not having much luck, I gotta do something my wagoneer is cold natured and my wife is carburetor impaired, a bad combo.
