Has any one built a solid state IVR for their FSJ? I have a 64 J200 and mine is not putting out any voltage consequently no gauges. What voltage do the gauges operate at? There is plenty of info on the internet about building one, the only variable is the out put voltage. If i'm going to build one I want to get the Voltage right.

Thanks for the info. I am more interested in DIY projects and was looking for tech info. This is what I have observed from my limited experience with the older Jeep IVR. My Temp gauge was inop so I bought a cluster which had a good IVR on it. I measure this one with an anolog VOM. 2.8-3V I was just looking for any one else that might have measure thier IVR out put. I ended up building one with a 5V regulator that cost a few bucks and was an easy project. Much cheaper than the $30-40 the local part stores wanted and the out put is rock solid. I am curious as to how much the voltage affects the output of the gauges.
