Oil gauge

My 88 Grand Wag has ghost in the machine? Just had it worked on and it came back with electrical ghost my parking lights come on without pushing the switch just turning the key to start position and my oil gauge jumps up to 80 and stays there just by turning the key to the start position. Any help?

All I can suggest is talk to the person that worked on it. Maybe retracing his steps will help to find the short or bad ground. Electrical gremlins can be a booger. Maybe someone else can be of more help.
