Looking for someone who can create a new dash

Here is what I'm looking for: I want to completely refurbish my dash...new gauges, the works...the catch, I want to use my iPad as the entertainment/navigation hub. If anyone knows of a shop that can do this in NE Texas, I'd appreciate the info.
