TF727 and NP229, D44 and AMC20

Postby yj_evolution » Sat May 01, 2010 2:11 pm

hey everybody, i have a TF727 and an NP229 that i got as part of a combo deal. i don't want the tranny and t-case, so $200 takes both. not really wanting to seperate right now. i was told they came out of a '90 GW and worked great. reason they sold it is the guys son rolled it, so they parted it out. looks like the tranny may have been a junkyard piece, it's got numbers written on it with a paint marker. like i said, i was told these worked great, but since i haven't used them i can't guarantee anything. So, $200 and it's all yours.

also, a matching set of axles out of my '82 waggy. front dana 44, rear amc 20. both in good working condition. i put one tons under the wagoneer, and these have been sitting since (about 2 years). worked fine, front has lock in hubs. i think they had 3.23's or something like that, i can check on may 7th. no pics right now, will get some up later. $300 for both, will not seperate.

located in Goliad, TX. let me know if you're interested and we can try to work something out on pickup. thanks for looking.

Are these still available? Does the NP229 have the 4x4 switch on the rear of the transfer case?
Where are you located.
Thanks
